Welcome to Lined Up. By downloading or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Lined Up, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Lined Up is a mobile platform that connects customers with barbers and barbershops. We provide tools for booking appointments, managing walk-in queues, and discovering barber services near you. Lined Up is free for customers. Barbers and shop owners pay a monthly subscription fee to list their services on the platform.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of the app, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
- Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
4. User Conduct
You agree not to use Lined Up to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of the platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Use the platform for any commercial purpose not authorized by us
5. Barber and Shop Subscriptions
Barbers and shop owners must subscribe to a paid plan to list their services on Lined Up. Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew until cancelled. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Bookings and Appointments
Lined Up facilitates bookings between customers and barbers but is not a party to any service agreement between them. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided by barbers or shops listed on the platform. Cancellation policies are set by individual barbers and shops.
7. Reviews and Ratings
Reviews on Lined Up are tied to verified appointments. You agree to provide honest and accurate reviews. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our community guidelines or these terms.
8. Payments
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. By making a payment through Lined Up, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store your full payment card details.
9. Intellectual Property
Lined Up and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
10. Disclaimers
Lined Up is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not responsible for any harm resulting from your use of the service.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lined Up shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
